Students at Wirral Met College are celebrating their success today as they receive their Level 3 and T Level results at our Twelve Quays Campus.
After years of hard work and dedication, students are now progressing onto university, apprenticeships and careers across a wide range of industries. Many have secured places at their first-choice university, while others are starting apprenticeships or moving straight into employment in their chosen field.
Staff were on hand throughout the day to congratulate students and offer advice on progression routes. The atmosphere was one of pride and celebration, as learners reflected on their achievements and looked ahead to exciting opportunities.
One of the students celebrating today is Mia, who has been accepted into the prestigious Norland Nannies College after completing her T Level Chilcare course, Mia said:
"I have gained confidence in settings and a high standard of professionalism. I have had a great experience and all of my tutors have been supportive. During my time at college I also went to South Africa which has been life changing."
Jess has successfully completed her T Level in Health and will be progressing to Liverpool John Moores University to study Psychology, with the aim of becoming a therapist. When asked about her proudest achievement, Jess said: "Making my family and tutors proud."
Also celebrating today is Harvey Roberts, who has completed his T Level in Digital Production, Design and Development and is heading to Liverpool John Moores University to study Cyber Security.
Harvey said:
"My experience has been amazing and I wouldn't be ready for university without my tutors."
Noah has completed his UAL Level 4 Diploma in Art and Design and will be progressing to the prestigious London College of Fashion, taking the next step towards a career in the creative industries.
The results reflect the hard work of students and the support they have received from staff throughout their time at the College. From industry placements and real-world projects to enrichment opportunities and overseas experiences, students have developed the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals.
