We understand that you may have questions about studying at Wirral Met. This page aims to provide quick and easy answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

Applications & Enrolment

I’ve recently applied for a course - what happens next?

Once we’ve received your application, you’ll be contacted by our admissions team either confirming your offer or referring you to an alternative course if you don't meet the requirements. For some courses E.g. Music and Art you may be required to audition or provide a portfolio of your work.

We’ll keep in touch via email, so please check your inbox regularly.

What happens at enrolment?

You’ll complete your final checks, confirm your course, provide ID and qualifications. If you haven’t already completed your digital enrolment form, we’ll ask you to do that first – laptops are available on campus if needed.

When will I receive my timetable?

Your timetable will be given to you on your first day. We’ll let you know what time your first session is so you know when to come in.
