The fully equipped Training Kitchen at Wirral Met provides aspiring chefs with the tools they need to develop their culinary skills. Students work in a professional kitchen environment, learning techniques and preparing dishes to the highest standard.
Our Hamilton Campus also features ‘Met at the Square’, a functioning restaurant open to the public, giving students valuable real-world experience in a live hospitality setting.

Our Met at the Square professional restaurant and training kitchen is run by students from Hospitality and Culinary Arts and offers a contemporary fine dining experience every Thursday evening during term time, right here at our Hamilton Campus.
