  • Helping you choose the right career

    As part of the Thrive Tutorial Programme, you’ll also complete psychometric testing designed to give you valuable insights into your strengths, interests, and potential career paths.

    These assessments will help you understand the career opportunities and pathways that align with your unique skills and aspirations. With this knowledge, combined with personalised advice and industry insights from our careers team, you’ll be empowered to make informed decisions about your future.

  • Monitoring your progression

    Our Careers team are here to help you assess your future options to ensure you get the progression you need.

    We will speak with you about progression opportunities, options for further study, apprenticeships and employment. We will also provide you with Local Labour Market Information on local job markets, to help you understand employment trends and opportunities.

  • Developing your skills

    Our Careers team want to make sure you leave college with the skills to take on whatever the employment world throws at you.

    Our Employability sessions will help you develop skills necessary for the workforce. We also work with various agencies and departments within the college to provide comprehensive support.

    The support we provide is coordinated across college, we will monitor your progression to make sure it’s timely and suggest appropriate steps of action to help you along your journey.
