Engineering career routes include becoming an engineering maintenance technician or a welder, and you could work across a range of sectors including engineering, transport, aerospace and offshore oil and gas.
Motor Vehicle students progress onto successful careers in car dealerships, franchises, service centres and general garages, working in roles such as Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Mechanic, MOT Specialist, Service Manager.
With an engineering qualification, you could progress to careers as diverse as developing manufacturing equipment, security systems or making prosthetic limbs.
