National Careers Week

National Careers Week 2026. Next Week from 2nd to the 6th March 2026

Each year, we celebrate National Careers Week and 2026 is set to be our biggest yet!

With more guest speakers, more workshops and more opportunities to connect with employers, the week is designed to give you real insight into the industries you’re aiming for. It’s a key part of your study programme and a chance to focus on your future.

Across the week, you’ll hear directly from employers and industry professionals, take part in practical workshops, and explore clear progression routes after college.

Our Speaker Village will feature Natasha Jonas MBE, Olympian and professional boxer, delivering high-energy sessions focused on confidence and professional communication. We’ll also welcome Philip Walton, Everest summiteer and Channel swimmer, alongside a range of additional talks and curriculum-based workshops throughout the week.

In our University Village, you’ll have the opportunity to speak to local universities and higher education providers about entry requirements, personal statements and progression options.

Whether you’re planning to move into employment, secure an apprenticeship, apply to university or progress further in your field, this week is about giving you clarity and direction.

Your tutors will book you onto the sessions most relevant to your course and career goals.
