Course Details
The course will include the underpinning knowledge and skills to enable you to:
- Styling hair
- Cutting hair
- Colouring hair
- Competitions
- Reception
During the course you will be expected to attend National shows and exhibitions where you can see demonstrations by some of the countries leading Hairdressers. Once a year we hold a college show and you will be expected to participate. -
Entry Guidelines
16-18 learners will need GCSE's Maths and English at Grade 4 (or Functional Skill level 2) to study at this programme. Adult learners will need 4 GCSE's at Grade 3 or above. One of the 4 GCSE's to be Maths or English at Grade 3 (or Functional Skill level 1) to study at this level. Entry requirements for Level 2 courses in some sectors may be more specific.
