This one year course is an essential qualification for many students. We follow the Edexcel Syllabus which is varied and practical, covering: Using and Applying Maths, Data Handling, Shape, Space & Measures and Algebra.
This course is FREE for you if you do not already have GCSE mathematics at grade 4/C or above or live in the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

Course Details
The course starts in September or December and prepares students to complete Edexcel GCSE maths at Foundation level or Higher level by the following May/June. There are three written exams.
These consist of 1 Non-Calculator paper in May and 2 Calculator papers in June. Your final grade is based on your total score from these three papers.
