    The qualification is intended to be accessible to a wide range of learners of all abilities. Learners can develop a more 'hands on' approach to their learning and gain practical skills, knowledge and understanding in their chosen vocational area.

    The objectives of these qualifications are to help learners to:

    • Unit 22 — Deciding on the right job for you (D/502/4311)
    • Unit 23 — Looking for work (K/502/4313)
    • Unit 24 — Completing an application form (M/502/4314)
    • Unit 25 — Getting ready for interview (T/502/4315)

    Satisfactory interview, assessment, school report and/or satisfactory reference.
