What You'll Learn
As a Fabrication Welder Apprentice, you will develop skills in:- MIG, TIG and MMA welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Fabricating steel structures and sheet metal components
- Safe use of fabrication and welding equipment
- Measuring, marking out and assembling fabricated parts
- Quality inspection and finishing techniques
- Health & safety and workshop best practices

- Able to work as part of a team
- Committed to achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- A genuine interest in fabrication, welding or engineering.
