We are an independent facilities management company delivering soft services to a wide client base. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time business administrator to join our team at our Birkenhead office.

Role Description
- Coordinating planned and reactive facilities works across multiple client sites
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and operatives to ensure services are delivered on time
- Raising and processing work orders, quotes, and purchase orders
- Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems and spreadsheets
- Supporting contract administration including invoicing and documentation
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and resolving queries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records, files and service reports
- Assisting with supplier coordination and ordering materials or equipment when required
- Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative and coordination tasks
