We are looking for a hands-on Laboratory Technician Apprentice to join our resin flooring and industrial coatings laboratory. This is a practical, blue-lab-coat role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with materials, mixing products, preparing samples, and getting involved in real industrial testing — not just paperwork.

Role Description
- Prepare resin mixes, screeds, mortars, and coating samples
- Carry out practical laboratory tests (e.g. strength, cure, viscosity, adhesion)
- Assist with sample preparation, casting, curing, and testing
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, and work areas
- Record results accurately and follow test methods and SOPs
- Support quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
- Follow health & safety procedures in an industrial lab environment
