The Apprentice Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the showroom, office administration, customer enquiries, and general retail operations. You will learn how to handle customer interactions both in person and over the phone, process payments, help with quotes and invoices, and assist the team with daily admin tasks.

Role Description
- Greeting customers visiting the showroom
- Answering incoming phone calls confidently and professionally
- Taking customer messages and booking in measures/appointments
- Supporting customers with basic product information (training provided)
- Processing payments and deposits
- Inputting quotes and jobs into our systems
- Assisting with invoices and customer paperwork
- Managing emails, messages, and day-to-day admin tasks
- Keeping the showroom tidy and organised
- Communicating with fitters, suppliers, and customers
- Helping with diary planning and job scheduling
- Occasionally assisting with small errands or collections
