Vacancy Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to achieve a Customer Service Apprenticeship qualification whilst working within a busy GP Surgery in Wirral, Merseyside.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Dealing with patients face to face and via the telephone
- Booking appointments for patients and dealing with a variety of enquiries
- General administrative duties to include various data checking routines
- Use of clinical system to record patient data
- Extensive use of Microsoft Word/Excel to record and maintain various databases
- Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work independently

Weekly hours: 30 hours per week, Monday, 9.00am - 5.30pm Tuesday - day off Wednesday, 9.00am - 6.30pm, Thursday, 9.00am - 6.30pm, Friday, 11.30am - 6.00pm. (30 minute lunch break - 15 minute break am and pm)
Annual wage:£11,778 a year
