Vacancy Description:
Jpl Flavour Technologies are looking for a Samples Technician to join their Samples department .This role in a busy Samples department will involve working closely with the flavours team to manufacture samples for internal use and for sampling to customers.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Work closely with the flavours creation team to support internal and external customers
- Compounding Flavours for Customers and internal personnel
- Locate and collect samples off-shelf for customers
- Liaise with QC & Applications for testing of flavours
- Use of laboratory equipment
- Update and maintain lab samples index
- Use of internal systems for general data and labelling requirements
- Packaging of samples to send to customers via the correct delivery service
- Ensure lab is clean and well organised

Training to be provided:
Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship Standard qualification, including:

Weekly hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, or 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Annual wage:£14,526.20 to £23,492.04 a year
