Training and Development Officer
According to Prospects, starting salaries typically range from £20,000 to £28,000 a year depending on your experience, training and development officers with a few years' experience can expect salaries in the region of £28,000 to £40,000. Those with signifincant experience may be able to achieve salaries in excess of £40,000 whilst director level roles can exceed £70,000.
Recruitment Consultant
According to Prospects, trainee recruitment consultants start on a basic annual salary of £18,000 to £25,000, with senior consultants earning in the region of £28,000 to £35,000 before commission and bonuses. Managers with 10 to 15 years' experience can earn more than £40,000, excluding bonuses and commission.
Human Resources Officer
