On Thursday 14th August, students from Wirral Met College collected their Level 3 results at the Wirral Waters campus, marking the culmination of a year of hard work and commitment.
This year’s cohort of learners have shown exceptional dedication across a wide range of vocational courses, and their results reflect the effort they’ve put into their studies. Many students are now preparing to take their next steps into university, apprenticeships, or employment, with their qualifications providing a strong foundation for future success.
Staff were on hand throughout the day to congratulate students and offer advice on progression routes. The atmosphere was one of pride and celebration, as learners reflected on their achievements and looked ahead to exciting opportunities.
Wirral Met is proud of the resilience and ambition shown by its students, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will make in their chosen fields.
Among those celebrating at Wirral Waters today Gracie and Layla, both T Level Health students, also collected their results. Gracie is now preparing to study Midwifery at the University of Chester, while Layla will be heading to the same university to study Psychology — a fantastic achievement for both.
Ez, who served as Student President, achieved a double distinction and will be studying Music Education and Therapy at Bangor University, combining academic study with a passion for creative and therapeutic work. Jephtha Akagha, also celebrated and achieved a Distinction in Level 3 IT and Computing Technologies. He will now begin an apprenticeship in IT, taking the next step into the tech industry.
Also celebrating were Games Design and Animation students Molly Postlethwaite and Harry Bates, both achieving strong results and progressing into the second year of their course. Molly shared that she enjoyed the creative freedom the course offered, especially in animation, and praised the support from tutors. Harry reflected on the positive experience, saying he’s made memories that will stay with him for life.
Congratulations to all our Level 3 learners — your achievements are well deserved.
