If you’re looking to get back into education, an Access to Higher Education course may be right for you.


If you have been out of education for some time but would like to study at a higher level, an Access to HE course is designed to give you the skills and qualifications you need to prepare you for Higher Education. They are an ideal starting point if you need to bridge your skills gap and gain confidence before moving on to university.

 

Wirral Met College offers access courses in Art & Design, Health: Midwifery or Nursing, Psychology, Science and more. Students applying for Art & Design can begin at Access to HE level and progress onto a degree at Wirral Met and finally our fellowship programme. Applications are now open for September 2018 start and prospective students can apply online at www.wmc.ac.uk.

There are a wide range of Higher Education courses at Wirral Met College and many Access to HE students progress on to a degree level programme at the College. From Fine Art to Computing, Construction to Science, there are many different options available to study and we work in partnership with the University of Chester, University of Liverpool and University of Central Lancashire delivering prestigious degree and foundation degree programmes.
