Vacancy Description:
Keep It Cheap Garage Services are looking to recruit a client-facing Customer Service/Receptionist Apprentice to work in our fast-moving local garage.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Providing customer service to clients/customers via telephone and email
- Ordering of parts from distributors
- Sourcing the correct parts and making sure the correct parts are delivered on Chasing deliveries
- Dealing with clients and booking in their cars for service and MOT
- Confirming work to be done prior to mechanics working on the vehicle
- Keeping a clean, tidy office environment as it is public facing

Training to be provided:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including:
- Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

- End-Point Assessment
Weekly hours: 40 hours a week,Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday-8:30am-6:30pm
Annual wage: £15,704 to £25,396.80 a year
