This apprenticeship is designed for applicants who are in paid employment within Retail, to achieve the theory and practical elements of the qualifications which recognise the skills they gain in the workplace.
An advanced apprenticeship in retail will allow you to develop your skills through a range of units including recruiting and developing your team, delegation and feedback, helping others to improve customer service and monitoring staffing levels. There are many units to choose from enabling you to pick those that best fit your retail environment. All training will be work based and so a flexible approach to training is required. By the end of your programme you will have a solid understanding of what is required to operate at a higher level in retail either in a specialised role or your first step into management.
