This is a study programme which enables you to develop knowledge and skills for the Health and Social Care sector. You will learn by completing assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations.
This Diploma course is equivalent to four GCSEs (grade A* - C or grade 4 or above). Both are accredited at level 2 in the National Qualification Framework. Work placement for this qualification is a compulsory part of this course. All students will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosing and Barring Service check (DBS), certain convictions will prevent potential students completing essential parts of the course. This course will provide you with a detailed knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector. You will complete units including:
