Comprehensive 3-day First Aid course that covers everything that is required to be a First Aider in your workplace.

Course Details

Aims and Responsibilities of the First Aider:-

  • Primary and Secondary Survey
  • Recovery Position
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Choking Shock and bleeding
  • Minor injuries Recognition
  • First Aid treatment of major illnesses including Heart Attack, Stroke, Epilepsy, Diabetes and Asthma
  • Anaphylactic Shock
  • Injuries to bones
  • Muscles and joints including spinal injury
  • Sudden poisoning
  • Heat disorders
  • Eye injuries
  • Burns and scalds
Entry Guidelines

Communication skills - You will need the ability to communicate on a one to one basis and in a group as part of a discussion. Literacy - Much of the course material is presented in written form. You will need the ability to read and understand this material. Manual dexterity and physical stamina - You will need the ability to kneel and bend in order to take part in the practical exercises.
