This course is ideal if you wish to pursue a career in reflexology. It covers theoretical and practical study and will include hand and foot reflexology.

Course Details

The further application of reflexology to feet & hands will relate to your clients physiological and psychological well-being. You will begin your course by working on one another followed by treating salon clients.

During your course there will be opportunities to attend national shows and exhibitions.

Entry Guidelines
  • Relevant Level 2 qualification at Pass or above or minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C and above.
  • A satisfactory interview and reference.
  • You must be prepared to give and receive treatments to other students on your course.
  • If English is not your first language, you may need an assessment before enrolling on this course. To discuss further, please contact the ESOL department on 0151 551 7144.

    Equipment Required

    You will need to provide your own tunic (navy blue), black/navy trousers or skirt and flat black shoes. Text books are used throughout the course; specifically Laura Norman: Reflexology Handbook and Chris Stormer: Language of the Feet.

    Assessment Method

    Assessments continue throughout the course both in practical and theory aspects.

    Additional Information

    Although not essential, Anatomy and Physiology knowledge would be beneficial.

    This profession and course requires you to be able to carry out physical work for long periods of time. Reasonable adjustments will be made to accommodate disabilities.

    Please note, there are no discounts for this course. If you are aged 19+, you may be able to apply for a 19+ Advanced Learner Loan (which is available for this course).

    The fee quoted is for the academic year 2019-20.
