This is a one year course (fast track) and is an essential qualification for many students. We offer Edexcel Linear Syllabus A which is varied and practical, covering: Using and Applying Maths, Data Handling, Shape, Space & Measures and Algebra.

This course is FREE for you if you do not already have GCSE mathematics at grade 4/C or above.

Course Details

The fast track (1 year) course starts in September and prepares students to complete Edexcel GCSE maths at Foundation level or Higher level by the following May/June. There are three written exams, calculator and non calculator both taken in May/June.

Entry Guidelines

Specific requirements - applicants must pass an initial assessment.

Additional Information

Students must be fully committed to the course and be prepared to attend regularly, hand in regular homework and assignments, as well as being able to organise their own time for independent study. Students are required to have a scientific calculator, ruler, protractor and pair of compasses (details from course tutor).
