Relevant Level 2 or 4 GCSEs at Grade 9-4 or A*-C including Grade 9-4/A*-C GCSE in Maths.
Satisfactory interview, assessment, school report and/or satisfactory reference.
Drawing equipment including scale rule, calculator, pens and pencils, A4 folder.
Assessment is assignment based.
HNC Level 4 in Construction and the Built Environment or University Course with UCAS e.g. degrees in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Design.

If you are aged 16-18:
This study programme will be FREE for most students who are aged 16-18 on 31 August, or students aged 19-24 with an Education, Health & Care Plan.
If you are aged 19 or over:
Fee : £7500.00
Depending on your personal circumstances, this course could be FREE for you if you are aged 19-23 and you do not already have a level 3 qualification.
This is a full level 3 course
