The Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is ideal for those who are leading or managing staff within their job role or who plan to pursue a career in management. It is also suited to those who are already in a supervisory position, but have had little or no formal training and wish to develop their existing skill set.

Course Details

Three mandatory units cover the core skills you need to lead a team. You'll learn how to plan, allocate and monitor work; tools and techniques to develop yourself as a leader; and how to get the most from your team. Then we will work with you to find the best fit from a wide range of optional units. These cover everything from communication skills to business improvement techniques. The choice includes units from Level 3 qualifications, to help you progress in your career and in formal professional training.

Entry Guidelines

Relevant Level 2 qualification at Pass or above or minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C or above.

Maths and English at Grade 9-4/A*-C or above.

Satisfactory interview, assessment, school report and/or satisfactory reference.
