Don’t forget you can save thousands by studying local with Wirral Met. Choosing a university level programme is an important education and career decision with great benefits to graduates including potential higher earnings from a job and greater promotion opportunities.

Whether you’re looking for promotion or ready to progress to university level study, it’s not too late to apply for your place starting September 2018 – late entries are welcome! If it’s been several years since you studied, whether at school or college, or if you don’t have the qualifications/UCAS points you need to join the university level course you want – don’t despair! Access to Higher Education (HE) courses are designed to help students gain the skills, qualification and confidence to progress onto a degree or other higher level course. Studying towards a degree or university level qualification is affordable at Wirral Met – our fees are much lower than traditional universities and you only pay back loans when you start earning £25,000.

We also offer £500 support bursaries on full-time degree courses for students with a household income of less than £25,000. For details of courses, study programmes and apprenticeships, visit wmc.ac.uk/higher-education or call 0151 551 7777 to speak to a Student Adviser for impartial advice and guidance on which is the best step for you.
