This apprenticeship is designed for applicants who are in paid employment within Customer Service, to achieve the theory and practical elements of the qualifications which recognise the skills they gain in the workplace.
As a customer service apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer. It's likely that you'll be working with a team to handle various tasks which will involve dealing with internal and/or external customers. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) (Competence Element & Knowledge Element) Functional Skill in Mathematics at Level 1 Functional Skill in English at Level 1 Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
Apprentices must be in paid employment of at least 30 hours a week. Candidates who already have a qualification at Level 4 or higher are not eligible.

Progression to an Advanced Apprenticeship and/or job progression including increased responsibility in the workplace.
