An individual is required to work within a team of HR professionals to provide a full range of administrative support.
Duties will include:
A range of clerical activities including photocopying, filing, typing documents, note taking, preparation and distribution of internal/external mail.
Administrative activities in relation to recruitment and selection, including the collation of application forms and associated documents for interview panel members, undertake pre-employment checks for new starters.
Assistance with administrative duties relating to pensions and payroll, liaise with external payroll bureau and pension providers.
Maintaining accurate employee records in hard copy and electronic format.
Updating the HR information system as and when required.
Responding to queries from staff members and managers, providing an excellent standard of customer service.
Working in a confidential manner and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation

Training to be provided:
Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
Level 1 English, Maths and ICT Functional Skills
Weekly hours: 37 hours Mon-thurs 9am - 5pm, Fri 9am - 4.30pm
Weekly wage: £150
