This course builds on the ILM LEVEL 3 qualification and is designed for practicing managers to help them gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the technical skills needed to be an effective leader.
The Certificate requires the completion of four units. The units currently being offered are: Budgetary planning and control Motivating people in the workplace Developing people in the workplace Understanding the organisational culture and context.
Candidates should be practicing managers with some experience in the role
Each unit is assessed based on a written assignment set by the professional body
Course enrolment includes membership to ILM as a student memeber
