This course builds on the ILM level 3 qualification and is designed for new or aspiring managers. The qualification is designed to help students really get to grips with their role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop some of the technical skills needed to be an effective leader.
The level 4 Award consists of two different units, these are Budgetary planning and control and Motivating people in the workplace.
Candidates should be practicing managers with some experience in the role
Each unit is assessed based on a written assignment set by the professional body
Course enrolment includes membership to ILM as a student memeber
