Would you like to gain a qualification that will teach you the basics about food preparation, food and beverage service and an understanding of the industry and further training or career options? The study programme aims to introduce you to the principles of Hospitality & Catering, providing you with the confidence to progress within the industry of further your education at Wirral Metropolitan College. The course is based on practical assessment, some assignment writing and will include maths and English.
