If you’re keen to progress in a career in Science, take advantage of Wirral Met's brand new industry-standard laboratories and instrumentation rooms at the Twelve Quays Campus.

Our brand new Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Centre opened in September 2016and students studying on Science courses will have access to this facility. The centre is complete with the latest tenchnology and newly refurbished laboratories. For careers in Chemistrey, Forensic or Medical Science, we have a wide range of university level qualifications, helping you to progress up the career ladder and gain promotion to more senior roles.

Where are they now?

Zoe Chapman

Zoe studied Access to Higher Education in Medical Science at Wirral Met. She progressed on to the university of Liverpool to study Biochemistry.  Zoe went on to work for MerseySTEM as a project manager and is now working at Wirral Met teaching Science.
