The qualification is intended to give learners a solid base from which to further develop their skills and learning for a career in the Travel, Tourism and Aviation industry.

Course details

The qualification is intended to be accessible to a wide range of learners of all abilities. Learners can develop their softer skills with a more 'hands on' approach to their learning and gain practical skills, knowledge and understanding in their chosen vocational area of Travel, Tourism or Aviation

Units include:

Planning and taking part in a visit

Improving own confidence

Working in a team

Problem solving skills for work

Displaying Travel and Tourism information

Entry guidelines

No formal qualifications required.

Satisfactory interview, assessment, school report and/or satisfactory reference.
