Students from the Professions and Visitor Economy Faculty were invited into the Birches Restaurant for a three course meal in recognition of their hard work and dedication to their study programmes this year.

The menu was designed by the catering team to try and represent the culinary choices of the youth of today. Lunch was served by the Managers of each area with catering and hospitality students cooking in the kitchen.

Students from Travel and Tourism, Hospitality and Catering, Hair and Beauty, Media, Childhood Studies, Health and Social Care and Computing got to experience the exceptional service from their College Managers.

Starter: Homemade Pot Noodle served in authentic tubs

Main: Burger topped with onion rings, pickle and tomato served with chips and a salsa sauce

Dessert: Arctic Roll finished with raspberry and whipped cream

Well done to the students who were invited into the Birches Restaurant for all their hard work and a big thanks to the College Managers for their excellent hosting skills.
