The British Sign Language (BSL) courses are designed to enable you to communicate with d/Deaf people. You will learn simple and everyday language use, so you can meet and mix with d/Deaf people and those with hearing impairments.

Career Opportunities

Salaries for BSL interpreters vary widely depending on experience, employer and location. However, full time interpreters can earn between £20,000 and £35,000 a year. Communication support workers can earn around £18,000 to £22,000 a year.
